Off-Market Sourcing: Through an exhaustive search, we identified a single-story, freestanding retail building on a prominent corner that was in lease negotiations with various retail and baking tenants.
Tenant Representation: We navigated the negotiations of a single-tenant full-building lease expeditiously to secure the property for the user.
Operational Continuity: Simultaneously, we faciliated a critical short-term lease extension at the tenant’s prior location, bridging the gap between the lease expiration and the new facility's completion.
